Hi, I'm Jordi.
I'm a Professor of Behavioral Science at ESADE.
My research explores how people can leverage their emotions to fuel better decisions and more impactful social interactions.
I've been teaching Negotiation, Decision-Making, and the Science of Happiness to MBAs and Executives for over a decade. I regularly give keynote speeches and deliver corporate training programs for firms and not-for-profit organizations across the globe.
